COME PREPARED We recommend that all
hunters bring high-powered rifles equipped with scopes, that have see-through
under open sights. Rifles should be sighted for 150 to 200 yards.
Each hunter should bring warm
sleeping bags, warm clothing, rubber footwear (approx. 12-16" high,)
binoculars, rain gear and of course, a camera for those spectacular
pictures of your trip.
Hunters are flown into camp on Sunday and flown out the following Sunday weather permitting. Our rates can be found on our
inquiry page. The hunting types we offer are: Moose hunt only, Caribou
only, Bear only, Combination- moose and caribou. There are extra fees
to add bear hunting to a combination hunt. Rates include transportation for hunters and their game in and out of camp. We check camps whenever needed. This is done by plane or mobile telephone.
Personal cheques are accepted for deposits only, but not for final settlement of account balance. Final payment is due on arrival for the trip. CASE
OF CANCELLATION Non-resident hunters must provide proof of passing hunters safety test or of having a big game license in previous years. Photocopies of such proof is acceptable. We will provide special applications which must be filled out by the hunters. We also offer excellent
fishing at Labrador for salmon, brook and sea run trout. The best time
to fish in Labrador is late June to late August. Please inquire about
our fishing brochures or visit our home page
to find out more about fishing. Sometimes choosing an outfitter
can be very difficult. Some outfitters tend to over hunt their area
and this makes it very difficult to find game. If
you decide to come with us, I'm sure that you will have a successful
and memorable hunting or fishing trip. Hunters should book
early to avoid disappointment, because licenses are limited.
